Two's Company-Maynard Ferguson & Chris Connor
Chris Connor on Roulette

CDP 7243 8 37201 2 5

This album was produced by Teddy Reig for Roulette Records and reunites Chris Connor with Maynard Ferguson who were together with the Stan Kenton Orchestra in 1953. The tracks were recorded at the Capitol Studios in New York City on December 15 and 22, 1960 and January 30, 1961.

The Connor voice is set against the brass-bright Maynard Ferguson band and shows why she became so popular so quickly back in the Kenton days.
